We may receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, organization details, event preferences, registration responses, attendance records, payment references and certificate details. We also receive information you send by email or WhatsApp.

We use information to respond to enquiries, configure and operate event websites, process registrations, communicate event updates, support check-in, issue certificates and maintain necessary business and security records. We do not sell personal data.

Event organizers decide what participant information is required and must have a lawful reason to collect it. Organizers are responsible for accurate notices, consent where required, and limiting collection to information genuinely needed for the event.

Payments are handled by the payment gateway selected by the organizer. YOUREVENTS may receive transaction status, amount and reference data needed to confirm registration, but does not store complete card, bank or UPI credentials.

Hosting, email, messaging, payment and infrastructure providers process limited data for us under their own terms. We share only what is reasonably required to deliver the selected event services or meet legal obligations.

Event and participant records are kept for the period agreed with the organizer and as needed for support, certificates, accounting, dispute resolution and legal duties. Retention may vary by event and service.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some requests must be handled by the event organizer as the party controlling the event's participant data. Write to yourevents@pehchan.app and identify the relevant event.

An organizer running an event for minors is responsible for obtaining any necessary parent or guardian permission and for requesting only age-appropriate information.
