Refund Policy.

Setup fees and advances reserve production capacity and cover configuration, design and technical work. Once that work begins, the portion covering completed or committed work is non-refundable.

If an organizer cancels in writing before configuration or production begins, eligible service fees are refunded after deducting non-refundable transaction or third-party charges already incurred.

If an engagement is cancelled after work starts, completed work, work in progress and committed third-party costs are charged. Any remaining eligible balance is refunded.

Event registration or ticket payments belong to the organizer and are processed by the organizer's selected gateway. The organizer sets and administers its participant cancellation and refund rules. YOUREVENTS does not approve or fund those refunds.

Payment gateway charges, domains, hosting, messaging credits, licensed assets and similar purchases may be non-refundable once ordered or consumed because they are supplied by third parties.

If YOUREVENTS cannot deliver an agreed service for reasons within our control, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered portion. Completed and usable work remains chargeable.

Verified defects in the agreed implementation are corrected within the support period stated in the service order. New features, revised event information or organizer-side changes are not defects and may be quoted separately.

Organizers can email yourevents@pehchan.app with the event name, invoice reference and reason. Approved YOUREVENTS service refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven to ten working days. Participants should contact their event organizer.
