YOUREVENTS by Pehchan ("YOUREVENTS", "we", "us") provides event technology and digital infrastructure, including event websites, registrations, payment gateway integrations, communications, check-in support and verifiable certificates. Contact us at yourevents@pehchan.app.

Each engagement is governed by an accepted proposal, quotation or service order that defines the selected features, timeline, event capacity, support and fees. Requests outside that scope may require a revised schedule and additional charges.

Organizers must provide accurate event information, lawful content, timely approvals and suitable access. They are responsible for event delivery, permissions, participant notices, refund rules and the accuracy of information supplied to YOUREVENTS.

Setup and service fees are invoiced as agreed and work may pause on overdue invoices. Participant payments are processed by the organizer's chosen payment provider, not by YOUREVENTS. Gateway fees, taxes, settlements and chargebacks remain subject to that provider's terms.

Organizers must review registration fields, messages, schedules and recipient lists before launch. YOUREVENTS is not responsible for errors in approved content or contact details supplied by organizers or participants.

Digital certificates are generated from organizer-approved records. Verification confirms that a certificate identifier exists in the relevant system; it does not independently verify attendance, performance or identity beyond organizer records.

We take reasonable care to keep services available, but internet services can be interrupted. Planned event-day support, response windows and backups are limited to what is stated in the accepted scope.

Payment gateways, domains, hosting, email, WhatsApp and other providers operate under their own terms. Their availability, reviews, fees, settlement schedules and policy decisions are outside YOUREVENTS' control.

We do not organize, manage or guarantee the outcome of an event. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid to YOUREVENTS for the affected service.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
